    Album of photographs, reproductions, drawings and maps dedicated to the former commander-in-chief of the Home Guard troops, general colonel Slavko Kvaternik. Kvaternik had on Christmas Eve, December 24th 1918, following the route of ban Jelacic, collected his home guardsmen from all parts of Croatia and crossed the Drava River in order to return Medimurje to Croatia. The album is illustrated with reproductions of photographs from 1919, showing battalions, the Falcon legions, regiments and companies. Calligraphic handwriting decorates the dedication to the commander-in-chief Slavko Kvaternik. A hand-drawn map shows the movement of the army for the liberation of Medimurje. Also attached are photographs of the towns, prominent soldiers and founding members of the Association. The captions of the photographs and the dedication note are written in black ink, in calligraphy. Signatures of the members of the Association of the Croatian Home Guard for the Liberation of Medimurje are placed at the end of the album.

    The Album was donated on November 13th 1941 by the Association of the Croatian Home Guard for the Liberation of Medimurje as a sign of remembrance and devotion for the taking of Medimurje in 1918 and 1919.
