Manuscript book, soft cover: brown velvet, hanging wax seal of Charles VI encased in a closed metal box. On the lid a double-headed eagle carrying the Austrian coat-of-arms with initials C VI is engraved.

Charles VI had distributed the laws and statutes to the captains, military leaders and soldiers in the area of the Varazdin Military District. The Statutes were prepared and put in deed by the Duke J.F. of Hildburgshausen. The military population had enthusiastically accepted the statutes put forward by Hildburgshausen in spite of the fact that the statutes significantly limited their rights.
