The basic construction of the pistol is the standard production model of semiautomatic weapons of that type, which was by later finishing touches turned into a luxurious object. All metal parts are decorated with engravings of a floral ornament and coated in nickel. The handle is coated with two mother-of-pearl plaques. The pistol has the manufacturer's marks: FABRIQUE NATIONALE D'ARMES de GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE BROWNING PATENT DEPOSE, and the serial number 649646.
