Crossbow with windlass

    The handle is covered with ivory and decorated with stars. Bow made of iron, fixed to the stock with interlaced rope. The windlass consists of a crenate handle, nut with a semicircular handle and leather-wrapped ring for placing on the stock of the crossbow.

    Found in Krapina. Bought from Sv. Gaj in Zagreb.
