Oval; a coat of arms placed in the seal field: a shield divided diagonally (azure and gules) by a undulating bar - to the right (upper part) a young moon followed by two six-pointed stars, to the left (lower part) an arm embowed in armour holding a sabre; decorations: a helmet with a coronet from which between spread eagles' wings rises an arm embowed in armour with a sabre with a Turk's head impaled. Mantles undulating. Handle thin, octagonal, with a decorative ring on the bottom.
