The coat of arms of Dean Znika (abbot of Petrovaradin)


Mahicno 17th century Wood, carved and gilded 45 x 34 cm Squared: in the first and fourth quartering a crowned griffin holding a six-pointed star in his right paw rises from a triple-peaked hill, on the second and third quartering there are three six-pointed stars on a bar. Above the shield a bishop's mitre; heraldic tents ornately carved. Bought from E. Laszowski in 1898. V. Brajkovic, Grbovi, grbovnice, rodoslovlja, Zagreb, 1995, page 108.
