Shako of the Zagreb City Guard

    height 15.5 cm, diameter 18 cm

    Shako (a hard cylindrical cap) made of black leather covered with red cloth. Peak and hoop around the lower part of the cap are made of black leather. The front of the cap holds an Illyrian symbol and a rosette in Croatian colours, made of brass.
