The set consists of 8 pieces: two forks with two and four points, a large spoon, a small spoon, sugar tongs shaped like a stork, a small box with a lid for salt and paprika, and a small cup. It is richly ornamented with Baroque relief decorations. The set is stored in a box with a lid covered with red leather with the initials IG done in gold-print. The box is inlaid with violet velvet indented for the various items.
According to family tradition, this set was a gift from Maria Theresa to her court chaplain, Juraj Vuk Baron of Lowensperg, on the occasion of his appointment to the post of the bishop of Senj and Modrus, on February 20th 1746.
