Brandy bottle

    Colourless glass painted with non-transparent enamel colours
    height 13.8 cm, width 6 cm, thickness 4.5 cm


    The bottle has an octagonal, slightly flattened shape with a narrow opening, painted in various motifs and a figure of a soldier (member of the militia) holding a glass. On the other side of the bottle is an inscription: Vivat mein Schatz.

    Found at Varazdin Hill (the Antolek Vinyard) in 1893. Donated to the museum in 1903 by Dragutin Renaric through Dr F. Gundrum.
