Equinoctial sun-dial with quadrant

    The sundial is housed in a round-shaped cardboard box under a dome-shaped glass cover. On a coloured scale a metal gnomon with drawn Sun, rays and the markings of hours. Next to astrological symbols there is a Latin inscription that reads: His totus componitur Orbis 1801. In the lower part there are eight points of the compass with a magnetic needle.

    Acquired for the Museum while Mijat Sabljar was its curator.
