The whole surface of the silvered and partially varnish-gilded leather is shallowly punched with various ornaments: small circles, rhombs, parallel and slanted small lines. This chasuble is distinctive because of the outstanding thinness of the leather and dominant silver basis.
Donated to the National Museum in 1904 by Stjepan Dean, the parish priest of the church of St Peter in Cvrstec.
Barok u Hrvatskoj, MUO, Zagreb, 1993, page 429, catalogue number 501, illustration on page 206.
Conserved and restored in 1994 by Vera Hrsak-Flajsman.
