A reliquary shaped as a lead box with Glagolitic inscription. The inscription at the bottom reads: 'Tu srinicu ucini pop' Filip', ki bise prokoratur' ovoga oltara'.

The reliquary was found in the altar of the former church of St Fabian and St Sebastian built in 1511 in Novi Vinodolski. It was procured for the National Museum thanks to Emilij Laszowski, and the 'apothecary' Dienel from Novi Vinodolski, who donated the reliquary to the National Museum in 1911.
