The first printed edition of the greatest achievement of cartography in antiquity was published in Bologna in 1477. A. Magini had edited three editions: in Venice in 1596 in Latin, in Cologne in 1597 and in 1598 the Italian translation published in Venice. The area of Croatia is presented on the Fifth map of Europe and on the 'tabulae novae' maps that were made in the 16th century and became a part of the new editions of Geografia.
Bought in Zagreb in 1991 at the 'Europa' second-hand bookstore.
