Round; in the centre of the seal field coat of arms of the Zagreb County (granted to the city by Maria Theresa in 1759): quartered, with the heart of the shield in the centre (water flowing out of a rock into a quadratic well); first (in azure) a leopard's head, second chequered 5 x 4 (white and gules); third (in azure on a vert ground) a running marten, with a six-pointed star above it; fourth (vert) two wavy (argent) bars; a crown above the shield, and an inscription between two decorative lines: ZUPANIJA ZAGREBACKA. Handle missing.
