Dalmatia painted by Vjekoslav Karas 1849 Paper, watercolours A horseman on a brown horse at a rising, dressed in a blue coat with braids and red pants, cloaked with a red cloak with a hood. A deep view in the background. In the middle of the bottom part titles written with a lead pencil: Tergovac iz Sinja. Vjekoslav Karas donated the watercolour together with nine others in 1849 to the National Museum; only three of these watercolours are to be found in the museum today. M.
